CT, MRI and PET scan CDs
Original imaging discs in DICOM format — not just printed films — for all recent and relevant scans.
Current medication list
All medications and supplements, including details of any ongoing chemotherapy regimen.
Previous operation notes
Operative notes from any prior cancer surgery — essential for planning any further intervention.
Recent blood tests and tumour markers
CBC, LFT, RFT, CEA, CA 19-9, CA 125 — whichever are relevant to your cancer type.
